  I have been very satisfied living at the Atwater. I am especially impressed with our Property Manager, Kendra Herman, our maintenance staff and the vast selection of activities and special events. This is a true community.

  I have lived at The Atwater for 3 plus years and I plan to renew my lease. It just gets better and better here. Management is attentive and I just love all the activities. My compliments to Paula who does great job.

  Would not recommend at all. During the time I lived there the area directly behind my apt changed from forested to clear cut. While the owners of the adjacent property have every right to build on their property, they do not have the right to have dirt filter into adjacent apartments daily, ruining furniture and drapes, necessitating daily vacuuming, scrubbing and dusting. The early morning and weekend loud construction noise was beyond. What is especially disappointing is management at the Atwater was fully aware of the dirt and noise and offered no solution or intervention with the developer - this is not an acceptable way to treat residents. Stay away.
