They took time to explain every step of the process , answered all my questions, were flexible when needed and made everything feel easy and stress- free. Their knowledge, attention to detail and dedication really stand out. I always felt supported and confident knowing I was in good hands.   We worked with Cindy Moody to purchase a house in Ponte Vedra Beach. We were new to the area and Cindy did a great job in orienting us to the area. She quickly understood our needs and directed us to 3 communities that could potentially meet our needs. After we selected a community she guided us through selecting the best house for our needs. She provided excellent analysis of home values and guided us to make an attractive purchase. She managed everything after the purchase including the inspection and subsequent repairs as needed. Gwinn and her wonderful team (Jennifer, Kara and Nancy) were attentive, available, and professional along the entire process, and even still today helping me after the sale.
