While the owners of the adjacent property have every right to build on their property, they do not have the right to have dirt filter into adjacent apartments daily, ruining furniture and drapes, necessitating daily vacuuming, scrubbing and dusting. The early morning and weekend loud construction noise was beyond. What is especially disappointing is management at the Atwater was fully aware of the dirt and noise and offered no solution or intervention with the developer - this is not an acceptable way to treat residents. Stay away.
