  We went for a tour with Isiah, and he is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Beautiful tour the apartments are beautiful. I want to thank Isiah and Emma for making the process for the application process go so smooth. They are the most professional and pleasant people. The best experience. Thank you again. Look forward to our move in date.

  This is your new apartment home in the heart of Nocatee and here's why! Isiah led me on a beautiful tour of the property, and made me feel at home. Kelly the other leasing consultant made me feel welcome in the leasing office and answered any questions I had. I also met melvin the maintenance supervisor and he was very friendly explaining work orders. Samra the property manager was so sweet ,answered my many questions. Love the upbeat attitude of the team at Velara!

  I literally love everything about Velara. Location- perfect, apartment & amenities- obsessed. Not to mention THE BEST OFFICE STAFF. I’ve leased with Samara and Kelly at different stages of life and having BOTH OF THEM in the same office?! I’ve never felt more at home! Highly recommend moving here- schedule a tour and you’ll see why I’m fan girling, lol!

  Samra made my welcome to Velara such a warm and comforting experience. From the very beginning, she made sure every single question I had was answered and that I had access to all the codes, utilities, and information I needed before even showing me my apartment. When I arrived, she had left a thoughtful welcome gift, which made the whole experience feel incredibly homey and special. The Velara community itself is absolutely beautiful, with resort-style amenities that make me excited to have family and friends visit. What stood out most was how relaxed and easy the entire process felt. Samra was incredibly thorough, patient, and easy to talk to. I never felt rushed, and it was clear she genuinely wanted the experience to be welcoming and positive. Samra’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made choosing Velara an easy decision. She truly goes above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for the way she welcomed me at the start of this new chapter. Velara already feels like home. I also want to give a shout-out to Kelly and Isaiah, who have been so kind and helpful as well. It’s clear the team here truly cares about the residents and creating a welcoming community.
