  Great property and outstanding management team. This is the most walkable location in Pompano to all needs and 12 minutes from the beach. I have been at properties that have sold and changed management, but what is great about Mayla Residences is they own and manage and care about curating your long term experience. Anything you need the management team is always responsive. Come live at the best address in Pompano!

  Mayla Pompano is a beautiful property, located conveniently within walking distance to the beach, and anything else you might need. The property is beautiful, well maintained and has all the amenities. The property management team is professional and personable, welcoming, quickly addressing any need. It feels like home!

  Starting of with a huge thank you to Adam for all the support throughout my entire leasing at Mayla’s! His management is impeccable, there’s a reason why the building is 99% occupied! I lived there for 14 months, and honestly, it was an amazing experience. The property is always clean, well-organized, and very well maintained. The residents are respectful and friendly, which makes a big difference to a place we live and call it home. All the amenities offered are new and great, and also the events they organize are fun and enjoyable, you can tell there’s real care behind everything they do. I’ll really miss this building and the great experience it was provided! Thank you!

  Al principio todo parece perfecto. Te atienden bien y te hacen sentir cómodo para que firmes el contrato. Pero después de mudarte, todo cambia. El personal deja mucho que desear: son poco profesionales, irrespetuosos y no resuelven los problemas. Las áreas comunes, especialmente la parte de abajo del edificio, están en muy malas condiciones, llenas de desechos de perro, olor a orina y suciedad constante. Es algo que realmente afecta la calidad de vida. Además, los vecinos pueden ser bastante molestos y la administración no hace nada al respecto. Mi peor experiencia fue que prácticamente me desalojaron, aun teniendo un niño pequeño de dos años, sin consideración ni empatía. Fue una situación muy estresante y totalmente injusta. En cuanto al depósito, también fue una decepción: retuvieron la mayor parte sin explicación clara. No lo recomiendo, especialmente si tienes niños. Después que firmas, sientes que solo buscan la manera de sacarte o quedarse con tu dinero. Definitivamente no es un lugar donde te sientas seguro ni respetado.
