I would not recommend living at Old Town Square. There are constant false fire alarms, sometimes happening weekly, which makes it stressful and disruptive to feel safe or relaxed in your own home. On top of that, there have been ongoing safety concerns, including homeless individuals wandering the property at night and even pulling on residents’ door handles. For the price you pay, basic security and peace of mind should not be an issue. Definitely look elsewhere before signing a lease here.

I absolutely love living here! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite things is how the management team goes above and beyond to create a true neighborhood experience the resident events are amazing, especially when they bring in multiple food trucks. It really makes living here feel fun, social, and unique compared to other places I’ve lived.
The staff is friendly, responsive, and clearly cares about the residents, which makes a huge difference. From the amenities to the overall vibe, this has truly been one of the best living experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels like home while still offering a luxury community feel!
Fire alarms atleast once a week, if you’re lucky maybe 3. If you’re even luckier maybe it’ll cause water to be ejected from your ceiling. Oh yeah, best part never any fires.
If you want to live in peace please do not move here, the fire alarm goes on every single day. It’s really unacceptable, management sucks too. Don’t do it.
The manager Rosa also told me to get out of her office or she would call the cops when I went to complaint about the fake fire alarm, then she cursed me and blocked from the community portal we have. She is insane.
First impressions matter and ours was unacceptable.
When we arrived at Old Town Square’s parking garage, every handicapped parking space was occupied by vehicles without placards or handicap license plates.
We saw a man exiting a white pickup truck parked in one of these spaces. When asked, he said he worked in the building and would “only be a second.” Even more concerning, the handicapped spot was being treated as a loading zone right In front of a loading zone.
We contacted the residents we were visiting and were told this is an ongoing issue. Complaints about the misuse of handicapped spaces have reportedly been made before and ignored. It appears that even employees feel entitled to use handicapped parking for convenience.
Because there was nowhere accessible to park, we were forced to leave unable to safely deploy a wheelchair ramp. We were effectively denied access to the property.
It is infuriating that disabled individuals, including veterans who sacrificed for this country, can be blocked from entering a residential apartment complex due to blatant disregard for accessibility laws.
Handicapped parking is not optional, not temporary, and not a loading zone.
Old Town Square needs to take this seriously and enforce proper use of disabled parking. No one should experience what we did.
