  Recently move here, I love it so far. Staff is great very friendly and effective, gets work done fast, very quiet great neighbors No complaints.

  Awesome maintenance staff! Maintenance request are completed in a timely manner and the guys are always friendly and are willing to answer any maintenance questions. I’m always pleased with the completed work.

  I've been living in Oaks Pompano for 10 years. The office staff are very friendly and attentive, and the maintenance service is also very good. If something breaks in the apartment, they fix it quickly. It's a very quiet community.
