  I had the best experience applying & moving into this apartment complex. Stephanie & Cynthia were such a big help, and very informative about the whole process. They made sure everything was properly working & completed things in a timely manner. 10/10 . A beautiful, and well kept community. I love it already!!

  I applied for an apartment advertised as low-income, and the experience was incredibly misleading. A single mom with 4 kids. Despite fulfilling all requirements, including an in-person application and providing bank verification, I got to go to my bank twice because bank statements wasn’t good information I was denied based on a credit check, which was never clearly communicated upfront. I clearly thought background check. I wasted a whole day and $85 on the application fee, plus another $200 for a deposit that I now have to wait to receive back. This place is not transparent, and the process is unnecessarily difficult. Avoid this place if you're looking for a genuine low-income housing option.

  The fire alarm goes off in the hallways every weekend and rings for days at a time. The hallways are filthy. Some of the younger tenants are smoking weed or black& milds in the breezeway and stairwell. It’s very noticeable and no one is doing anything about it. The parking lot is always full and there’s never enough parking spots. The turnover for the front office staff is ridiculous, every years there’s new staff and there’s no consistency. The rate of rent is constantly increasing yet there have been zero updates made to the property or the units. The buildings are infested with mold. Our unit flooded a few years ago and it took days before a manager or “emergency maintenance” to even come look at it, as a result the unit got mold. We were blamed for the mold, despite their negligence. I have emailed corporate and front office staff multiple times over the years regarding concerns and have been ignored. Despite how embarrassing it is to post this, it’s important for the general public to be fully aware the living conditions. STAY AWAY! Do not move here!
