  I have grate memories from the time I used to live in Banyan . Specifically the way Diana treated us . She sought to solve problems as quickly and effectively as possible. I am grateful for all the dedication she always had in helping us. It is very important when you are renting an apartment, to have a good manager liked her .

  I had such a great experience touring with Dessire at Bayan Club East! From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for in an apartment. She took the time to walk me through the different layout options, pointing out details I wouldn’t have noticed on my own and answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. You can tell she really knows the property well and cares about helping people find the right fit. The community itself is beautiful, well maintained, peaceful, and in a convenient location. BUT what really stood out was Dessire’s professionalism and friendly approach. She made the whole tour feel relaxed and informative rather than rushed or salesy. If you’re considering Bayan Club East, I definitely recommend asking for Dessire. She made the experience enjoyable and stress-free!

  We love it here!!!! Both me and my daughters are enjoying our new place. It’s safe and secure, the neighborhood and environment is nice and it’s definitely kid friendly. We love the fact that it gives us all our individual spaces while also providing the close, cozy feeling of being together in our living area. We would like to thank Ms Dessire in the front office who made us feel welcomed and right at home from the start of our application process, to giving us exclusive tours of the community and different units to choose from— all the way to closing. She even gave us a move in present with roses! The whole process was smooth and easy! We love our new place thanks to Dessire and the front office staff who made moving easy and comfortable.

  I was looking into moving so I decided to walk in and was immediately greeted by Desiree…she was so warm and welcoming ..I felt like I knew her from the moment I walked in…she gave me a thorough tour..will hopefully be back soon!

  The manager was very kind and polite to us. She gave us all the information needed. Great customer service and very patient.
