Rude, unprofessional, doesn’t know ANYTHING. Nothing gets done unless you harass him about it for months !!!! Nothing from a simple reply to email to huge issues!!!! All residents know his “activities” with residents after work. This place a dump. Everything broken and dirty. Garage not safe. People smoke weed everywhere. Illegal activities on property. Police come. Can’t think one good thing to say. I am resident writing from friend account because I don’t want not give me deposit back but looking at other reviews doesn’t look like will get it back anyway or maybe after 6 month!!!! Company need to come check on this place !!! Edit: Do not tell me what to do. Maybe if you spent more time doing your job instead of being rude to truthful reviews online, the property would be doing better.
