That said, the ParkingPass system itself is frustrating and adds unnecessary stress to an otherwise great living experience. The building is excellent, and I would gladly give 5 stars if it weren’t for this policy. If an unwarranted tow were to occur and potentially damage either of my vehicles, I would not consider renewing my lease next year. It’s also disappointing that we can no longer back into parking spots. I’m sure other residents share similar concerns. I really like The Rise — just not ParkingPass. original: I’ve lived here for two years, and overall I’ve had a great experience. The leasing office staff are helpful, and the building amenities are excellent. However, since the implementation of the new parking service, Parking Pass, my experience has been less satisfactory. Despite renewing our lease on time and properly registering for the program, I’ve been receiving emails stating that my parking permit is expiring, which is incorrect. I would gladly give the building five stars, but the Parking Pass program feels unnecessary and has caused avoidable confusion. Many other residents share this concern as well.
