  Mold and water damages. Thousands of dollars worth of damages to my belongings. Maintenance keeps brushing me off leasing office ignores me when I try to get them to fix the issue. And another thing, I’ve been there A little over a year and they were supposed to have the amenities ready since February I was told. But there’s never anyone in there working barely did anything. Its like they start working on it and they take months off. Just avoid it overall they try to remodel the inside of the apartment, but it’s really just putting lipstick on a pig. I’ve never had to review an apartment I’ve stayed at before but they take the cake.

  I recently moved here and will write my review based on my experience from late June to now (about three months). I absolutely love the location and my apartment so far. They do events like pizza trucks on Wednesdays which is nice. I love the option of using the app for the air system and for opening the door. They have leak sensors which makes me feel better incase their is a flood. The people that I have met have been kind and I love how this community is so pet friendly. I will admit when I moved in I had to put at least 8 work orders in which was annoying but each work order was addressed within a day or two. Management has been great with me and every request I have asked from them has been addressed. It is true that the gates are always open but this area is safe and there is security at night now. They are constantly sending emails to keep everyone informed and when practice drills need to occur they give the residents adequate notice placing papers on everyone's door. The complex is kept clean also by environmental staff. Negatives I would say is: 1. Calling leasing office for me has been challenging so you have to email or go in person. Valentina has been such a great help. 2. Construction has been going on for a long time but at least the gym is open and can be used 3. Maintenance doesn’t communicate with the residents when completing orders Overall, from my experience since June I would recommend this place to others.

  I would not recommend living at One Plantation Apartments. The management is unresponsive, and maintenance requests either take forever or are ignored completely. The property looks nice from the outside, but inside the apartments there are constant issues—plumbing problems, broken appliances, and pest concerns that never seem to get fully resolved. On top of that, the rent is extremely overpriced for the level of service and quality provided. Parking is another nightmare, and guest parking is practically nonexistent. Overall, it feels like management only cares about collecting rent, not about residents’ comfort or well-being. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

  First and foremost, the location Is great. However, the management is Not concerned about the residence interest. After 5 years, a lot of the people I met here have moved because the new management is the worst yet. the Management office makes excuses repeatedly and literally gives the run around. The security gate hasn’t worked in about three years. The prior management company was Greystar and they actually paid a lot of attention to resident complaints. However, the company that has bought the building has their own management company, which doesn’t do well at all. Towing stickers are put on residents cars who park are parked in reserved spaces that no one has purchased. However, at night there are sketchy individual sitting in cars in the parking garage. They have security that drives around at night, but the security sits in the car and they don’t get out to check if the cars are empty or full of people at 3 AM. The amenities are included in your rent, but the lobby and office spaces haven’t been available for three years because of construction that never was completed. The interest gate is open 24/7 and literally any, and everyone can walk in.

  MOLD!!!!!! I lived here over 2 years. So many complaints from neighbors about mold. Everyone moves out quickly because something is wrong with the HVAC system. Maintenance will just change your filter but the apartment managers just ignore people’s mold complaints.
