- BBbonnie besonJan 9, 20211.0I moved out of this park, the management does not in force the the rules. it is not kept up at all, there are a lot of dumps in that park. They have people who have had trouble with the law living there. They do not get rid of them. Not such a very nice place to live. You need to look real hard at this park and look at the homes, because lots of them are dumpy and they don"t make them clean them up.
- JJJDec 30, 20181.0This is a ELS property. It's all about the money! !! It's a gated community except the gates don't work. They will lie and tell you they are working on them. It has its own water, don't drink it !!.oh the trash will overflow because they are saving every penny.you will also pay a pass thru tax, it's the tax on their land that your paying. If something breaks it takes weeks/months to get it fixed. We lived there for 2 years, totally lied too. Pick anywhere but an ELS property! ! They blame the residents for everything. Never again! !! Check what market rate is before you sign a contract. The lot rent will go up 30.00 a month every year. They will tell you only 5.00 which is a lie. RUN FROM ANY ELS PROPERTY !!!

- VWVirginia WestlakeMay 28, 20185.0Manufactured home community for all ages. Many families with children from young to teens. Very quiet, everyone is respectful of their neighbors. Property staff is very friendly and helpful. Homes are for sale with some available for renting. Lot rent averages $600 a month, but The Oaks is responsible for the lot maintenance. There is a nice sized community pool, playground for young children, and a basketball court.
