  Great Brokerage! Shilaan is highly communicative and sets expectations clearly. Manages a property for me and does a great job. Renting is always a risk but she goes above and beyond to mitigate any issues. Highly recommend her and her team. Way better than Blue Sun and Mac who just list and don't seem to care. Always being able to reach a person who is my person is a priority for me.

  Shilaan was an absolutely incredible property manager for us once we moved away from our property and were renting it out. Handled everything for us and I never had to worry about monthly payments, tenant issues, or any maintenance. Truly a hands-off experience. In the process of selling/closing the property, Shilaan handled everything perfectly and kept the process going smoothly until completion. Couldn’t say enough good things about my experience!
