  Recently toured the community with Helena and she’s awesome! Gave me all the info I needed on site and even answered all my questions and concerns via email. She was prepared to give me more information about the community/town but thankfully I know all about it. I am excited to lease here within the next month and look forward to updating my review! Thank you for being so kind and welcoming!

  We toured The Allure with Hellina and our living decision became very easy! She was friendly, professional, and clearly knows the property well. We asked a lot of questions about the unit, amenities, parking, policies, and move-in details and she answered everything clearly without having to “get back to us” on basic stuff, which we appreciated. She was also helpful with the area around the building—pointed out a few upcoming community/events and gave some good nearby food recommendations, which made the tour feel more practical and less like a sales pitch. Overall, it was an easy, no-pressure tour and we left feeling like we actually understood what living at The Allure would be like. Thanks again, Hellina!

  We had a fantastic experience moving into The Allure, and a huge part of that was thanks to the Jasen. From the time we toured the complex he was so welcoming. His professionalism, attention to detail, and patience really stood out and made the entire process a breeze. We were also very impressed with the apartment itself and the overall cleanliness of the property. Everything is well cared for. From the first walkthrough, it was obvious that pride is taken in both the residents’ experience and the property. Jasen truly cares about the residents and the community he manages! We’re very happy with our decision to move here and highly recommend The Allure to anyone looking for a well-managed, clean, and beautiful place to live.

  Per the request of female leasing agent (1/31/26 @4:30pm EST) , we are leaving a review about the Apartment Complex and nefarious activities from some of the residents. A resident living in Building 2 ( name withheld time keep review posted ) is running a small business scam ripping people off from their apartment. When brought to the attention of the leasing office, we were told that they are not involved in what occurs on the property and had no interest with discussing with building property managers or apartment owners. Those things are a matter for police and no concern of theirs to hold accountable for activities occurring on their property. We were told there is no HOA or governing board that supervises illegal activities. We were told -*leave a review, but added if you want to waste your time , you should be more careful with the people you interact with - it's not a reflection of the Apartments what goes on inside. So, we took her advice to waste our time leaving this review so that if you are a prospective home seeker beware that the leasing office is not concerned of the type of people living inside it's Apartments and if you should find yourself needing assistance with any matters that require more than taking your rent money, be mindful that their willingness to help do thE right thing will probably be met with the same apathy. When placing your deposit money. have a theft occur, people giving out freely codes to enter the wide open gates, or need your walk through should you move someday - buyer beware because they don't care. Now you know.
