  Great community! We’ve lived here over 4 years, this was our first apartment after getting married and having children. Sadly we had to move so we could get into a house but we highly recommend Bayou Point. Waleska, Luke and James the maintenance supervisor have all been great to interact with and responsive.   I’ve done a lot of searching before my move to the area and no place has come to comparison like Bayou. I haven’t moved in yet, but during my tour I got the feeling that this is the one. Luke took good care of us and was very informative. I hope this apartment experience turns out to be great.

  I started working in St. Petersburg in February and was commuting every day from Tampa, dealing with heavy traffic. That’s when I decided it was time to find a place closer to work and improve my daily routine. After visiting several properties, I came across Bayou Point, where Luke gave me a tour. The first apartment I saw didn’t quite meet my expectations, as I had a clear idea of what I was looking for. However, Luke was very accommodating and offered to show me another unit—and that’s when everything changed. The second apartment had exactly what I was hoping for. I really want to highlight how clear, professional, and thorough Luke was throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free. I haven’t moved in yet, but so far my experience has been excellent. For now, I’m giving this place 5 stars and will update once I’m fully settled in.

  I have lived at Bayou Point for almost 14 months… I renewed my lease for another 15 months.Solares the manager has always been so friendly and makes sure any concerns are promptly addressed. Luke always makes me laugh… he is just a joyful person… this community is very friendly and I feel so safe living here. The community grounds are well maintained. We are close to main shopping areas while still being in a private quiet area. I love my apartment and my cat Bella Rose 🌹 loves being out on the big patio…Maintenance is prompt and James makes sure things get fixed correctly. I feel very blessed to have found Bayou Point!!!!
