  We’re so excited to be moving into our new apartment! The application process had a small hiccup at first, but Jalen Osborne truly went above and beyond to make sure everything got handled and that we were able to move in smoothly. The apartments themselves are extremely nice and brand new, with lots of great amenities and a great location. Jalen’s energy, professionalism, and positive attitude are unmatched. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in what he does. He’s made this experience such a great one for me and my family, and we couldn’t be happier. Huge appreciation for Jalen and everything he’s doing. It definitely doesn’t go unnoticed!

  I’ve really enjoyed living at The Quinn so far. The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and I love that they don’t look like all the other newer apartments in the area. The staff has also been great especially the property manager, Jalen, who has been friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with.

  I’ve had a great experience living at The Quinn. The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and smart features that make everyday living really convenient. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the amenities are a huge plus. So far, it’s been a great place to live.

  Living at The Quinn has been an incredible experience. From the moment you arrive, you can tell this community was designed with comfort, style, and convenience in mind. The apartments are beautiful and modern, with high-end finishes, spacious layouts, and smart home features that make everyday living feel effortless. The amenities truly set this place apart. The resort-style pool, fully equipped 24/7 fitness center, clubhouse, and outdoor gathering areas make it feel more like a luxury resort than an apartment complex. It’s also a very pet-friendly community with great spaces for walking pets and relaxing outdoors. Another thing that stands out is the location. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and major employers while still being in a peaceful area, making it perfect for both convenience and quiet living. The staff and management are professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the property is always clean and well maintained. Overall, The Quinn is one of the best places to live in Pensacola. If you’re looking for a modern, comfortable community with amazing amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, this is definitely the place to be, I love it here.

  My friends and I recently visited this complex because we were considering it as a potential place to rent. A friend who lives there invited us for a pool day so we could see the property and amenities. One of our friends had a dog with them that was going to stay inside the apartment with the resident’s dog while we went to the pool. We briefly stopped by the pool area to drop our things off before taking the dog back to the apartment. Before we could even set anything down, a woman from the office approached us and immediately told us dogs were not allowed at the pool. We politely explained that we understood the rule and were simply dropping items off before taking the dog inside because we had just arrived and our friend lives on the second floor. She appeared pleasant during the interaction, but shortly after, management contacted our friend’s roommate and told us we had to leave entirely. The situation was handled in a very unprofessional and unnecessarily rude way, especially considering we were respectful, quiet, and fully aware of the rules. It’s unfortunate because we were genuinely looking into this complex as a potential place to live. Experiences like this make it hard to feel welcome, especially when guests are treated this way over a misunderstanding that had already been clarified. If this is how prospective residents and their guests are treated, I would personally think twice before choosing to live here.
