  PLEASE. If I could give negative 5 I would. Do not rent this complex. I never gave a review but this one was needed. We only leased for 5 months. The office terrible!! They do not care if the house is falling on you. Maintenance even worse, it took MONTHS and threatening to cancel our lease due to unsafe living conditions. So many issue in the home. $1200 was not worth it. The ceiling was pilling off and nobody didn’t do anything about it. It was hard to shower because the handle was broken. NO ONE came to fix it even when we moved out. Ants were terrible & everywhere. PLEASE, PLEASE. Do not lease with them

  Terrible plumbing and electrical issues, submitted a maintenance request and still no changes for 2 and a half months and was told it was because there are too many other work orders. Unprofessional staff, they did not submit my formal complaint to management until the Escambia county code enforcement authority was involved.

  Lived here from 2022-2024. Ended up doing an early termination due to needing more space and just being tired of living here. Management made multiple mistakes as far as trying to charge late fees when rent was paid in advance or on time. Happened on multiple occasions. Also mixed up their tenants history. You pay for “amenities” which is really just the washer and dryer room but they NEVER worked ! My apartment flooded in 2023 due to a bursted underground pipe and they were less than concerned about being any help and only took $50 of rent even though we had to relocate and our belongings suffered damage. Terminated lease this year and it was handled horribly. They ended up switching management right after we left which resulted in my payment getting lost. They didn’t even have it on record that I had moved out so they tried to charge me rent and a late fee even though I wasn’t living there! They still have unexplained fees and charges in my history as of right now that I’m having to handle and figure out. All around worst experience with a property management and I’m not the only resident who will say, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

  LOVE IT HERE!! just moved in this week everything went smooth very clean !! And quiet neighborhood moving process was smooth and easy leasing agents were very prompt and helpful along the process
