  Maintenance Team: Curtis is solid. and so are the other guys, but I am usually too drunk to remember their names. Management Team: I thank God that I do not interact with them often. Overall: I'd choose homelessness over living here again.

  I lived here for a year and it was something I would never do again… The complex was dirty. Trash was over overflowing and there was just trash everywhere scattered around the complex . It was not very clean, and I truly felt embarrassed to live in this complex while I was there. I have a huge issue with the office staff. They are impossible to contact and do not resolve any issues. I actually moved out in October 2025 and have not received my deposit. I have been calling consistently since then. It is now March. Someone has called me back two months ago now and told me that I in fact did not receive my deposit back and that they would be sending my check. Well here we are two months later and I have not received anything. I’ve been calling consistently and no one answers the phone or even returns my calls. I’m not even a resident anymore and I’m still having issues with this apartment complex . I’m trying to be very respectful and understanding, but it’s just ridiculous, frustrating, and wrong. I don’t recommend living here as you could find way nicer apartments with better staff for the same price and more amenities included.

  If I could give it a negative star rating, I would. The sink hole is getting worse- management can’t read a lease. Things don’t get fixed- good luck getting your deposit back- they’re broke and don’t pay their workers; do you think you are getting any money back??? Look up Steward and Helm and parent company Lurin-they defaulted on a $77.5 million dollar Fannie Mae loan. We haven’t been able to use the laundry room in a month! There are serious water leak/geyser issues all around the complex. In Tampa, another Steward and Helm apartment had their water shut off for the whole complex because they never paid the city. We couldn’t figure out why all of a sudden we had so many finance/corporate inspections- googled the owners and found that everything they own is about to go into foreclosure. Get out while you can- don’t move into this cesspool!!

  Save your time money and stress the staff here does not care about residents. They are overworked and underpaid as we clearly see by their carelessness. Refrigerator is broken and staff is dragging their feet to get it fixed so in turn my food is spoiling. :) get place to live! NOT Since living here every appliance has broken and they have took forever to fix it. This is including but not limited to, my apartment flooding last year (carpets never replaced to this day) , my air conditioner (out for 5+ days) my water heater (out for two weeks) and dishwasher as well as now my refrigerator. No compensation was given for any of these issues causing turmoil while having a three year old in these conditions.
