  I cannot recommend staying away from this apartment complex more. Even after moving out I continue to be extremely frustrated and disappointed by this complex. After moving out, I made sure my account was fully settled and confirmed that I had no outstanding balance. Despite this, I was later blindsided by an unnamed charge, that was sent straight to a collections agency, even though the property confirmed they had all of my correct contact and forwarding information. For months now, I’ve been trying to resolve this issue with them. Communication has been nearly impossible. 95% of the time, I cannot reach anyone by phone or email. On the rare occasions I do get a response, I’m told by different staff members that my account shows no balance, it seems to be a mistake, and that the manager will “take care of it.” However, nothing ever gets resolved, and no one follows up. I’ve seen multiple other residents report nearly identical experiences. At this point, it feels less like an isolated mistake and more like a pattern of behavior that raises serious concerns about their practices. I strongly recommend that anyone considering living here proceed with caution.

  AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! This was by far the worst living experience I've ever had, from the condition of the property to dealing with the office staff. The property is poorly maintained. The grass is consistently uncut, and management claims it's because they don't have a company to handle it. During the summer, the pool was green and unusable, despite residents paying for these amenities. The office staff is essentially nonexistent. I attempted for over three months to contact the office to get my payments sorted out, and no one ever answered the phone. I even had a friend who still lives at the complex go into the office on my behalf. They assured her someone would reach out to me the next morning - and, once again, no one did. Management shows little to no concern for residents. The manager is unresponsive and clearly uninterested in addressing issues. Overall, this place lacks basic upkeep, communication, and professionalism. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere!

  Living here the past few years has been really nice. They've updated the property by painting and adding lights, which looks lovely, and has brought some new faces to our community. I've really enjoyed the pool when I've been able to use it, and hopefully they'll have it up and running soon! The rent here is affordable. I'd recommend this place to people that are looking for a new apartment.

  When Brittney, Alicia & Colton worked here , they made sure the Tenants’ needs were met within a reasonable amount of time, including maintenance request & you felt safe living here!! Now!?!?! Not so much!! I pay approximately$1800.00 dolllars a month for what!?!?! This place is a 3 ring Circus!! I came home tonight at approximately 11:30PM!! The majority of the property is pitch dark, without ANY outside lights on!! I shouldn’t have to turn the Flashlight on my phone just to be able to SEE to get to my front door safely!!!! This is a VERY serious safety hazard for the Tenants!! Also it’s impossible to get in touch with Office Staff!! It took me to call The Lorient, which is a sister property, about not receiving a Lease Renewal & asked for them to call me!! Instead they decide to send over a 1 year Lease to be signed without calling me!! I called the office earlier today to ask them to send over a 6 month Lease & all you hear is Crickets!! No returned phone call!! No nothing!! In fact that’s EVERY time I call the office!! The reason why I want a 6 month Lease to sign, instead of a 1 year Lease is because we’re moving out of this HELL HOLE once we get our Income Taxes!! As far as the amenities that is included in the rent I.E. the Pool & Fitness Center?? They are NEVER working properly or up & running?? They are run down & broken!! Also when it rains, especially by Building 13, the one I live in, there’s at least 2 feet of water I have to wade through in order to get to my car!! This is unacceptable & a very unsafe living environment!!!!
