  My experience was by phone from California. Both ladies who answered the phone Brianna and J were amazing by phone. J assisted me with filling out the app and answered all my many questions with clear precise information. J was amazingly helpful she made the process quick and painless. Thank you, Cheryl

  Oh my goodness....... I just left the Milestone apartment office and it's the most festive, gorgeous Christmas decorations ever.... I love Shannon, J, and Sweet Bre the office staff.... I love the Crossings at Mipestone so much and even our sweet Maintenance men are so personal and friendly like a friend.... I will Never move.... 100 Everything for the Milestone Apts.... blessed beautiful Christmas Everyone🧑‍🎄🎅🎄🎁🎉

  I do not recommend this apartment complex at all. We lived here for 1 year and had the worst experience. Management definitely plays favorites. Anytime I spoke with management, they were rude and very unhelpful. For example, we received a call 60 days before our lease ended, the staff member asked if we were going to extend the lease. I told them no we will not be extending the lease. We are leaving the apartment when the lease ends. This was the end of the conversation. I found out a month later that we needed to sign a document giving our 60 day notice, that was sent via email. Each of the tenants received the email in spam account. The management team states that since we did not sign the 60 day notice, despite our lease ending. We are obligated to pay 2 extra months rent outside of the lease, even thought we already told them we will not be extending the lease. I attempted to explain this to management and was met with no help. It is extremely predatory behavior and clearly management will try to get whatever extra money out of you. Management also will not help any noise complaints. I understand normal walking around and that apartments are not generally quiet, but the noises in my building were so beyond loud and was constant. The maintenance team, however, was absolutely wonderful, they were fast and always very friendly. Hopefully they are treated very well!! Other than that it was awful. I would definitely think twice about staying at this complex.
