  Every apartment says they’re a “family” or a “community”. I’ve lived many places but this was the first I felt like it was true. Kia, Kristin, Savannah, and Shawn each had a heavy impact on the community. They were great staff, and great friends. I’ve always been excited to move from one place to the next but leaving these folks behind was painful! Love you all! Thanks for making my first year in Pensacola so much better!

  Palmilla Apartments has an exceptional team —Kia, Savannah, Shawn and Kristen. Savannah was instrumental in coordinating with facilities management, ensuring any issue I had was resolved swiftly and with clear communication. Kia went above and beyond—not only did I see her hands-on when setting up community events, she ensured the business center was fully equipped for all my essential tasks. Savanna always followed up with additional resources and guidance whenever I had a question about the community. Shawn always made sure to address maintenance requesrs promptly. Then, Kirsten always had an open-door approach and made herself readily accessible. Together, they upheld professionalism while fostering a thriving, welcoming community. I truly appreciated their dedication, warmth, and the time I was able to spend at Palmilla.

  We had a really good experience with Palmilla. Starting with the initial meeting with staff, tour of the property with Kia, who fully explained everything and was very cordial and professional throughout. Can’t say enough good things about the smooth process and we ultimately became a renter.

  We had a wonderful rental and onboarding experience with Kia. She was extremely professional, communicative and great to work with. She guided us through the central experience and everything was seamless and efficient. Property is beautiful and in a nice part of Pensacola.
