PEOPLE SMOKE WEED INSIDE APARTMENTS THEY HAVE MOLD IN THE ROOFS THERE FLOORS ARE COMING APART FROM THE BASE BOARDS THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. IF YOUR AC BREAKS YOU MIGHT AS WELL FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE MONTHS TO FIX AND ACT LIKE ITS NO BIG DEAL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CLEANING THE POOLS THE WHOLE 2 YEARS WE LIVED THERE SOMEONE CAME OUT MAYBE 3 TIMES TO CLEAN IT. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A BETTER PLACE I PROMISE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESES APARTMENTS. THEY ARE NOT KID FRIENDLY AT ALL. PLEASE REVIEW THE COMMENTS BEFORE DECIDING ON RENTING FROM THESES PEOPLE.

Located in a lovely part of Pensacola close to the beach, downtown and shopping centers. Michael is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond, always has a smile and are incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment we grabbed an application to moving in and beyond the whole staff has been incredible. Michael even went so far as to help entertain our kids while we were filling out paperwork and stressed he runs a family oriented place. Everyone welcomed us as if we had been lifelong friends❤️
