PEOPLE SMOKE WEED INSIDE APARTMENTS THEY HAVE MOLD IN THE ROOFS THERE FLOORS ARE COMING APART FROM THE BASE BOARDS THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. IF YOUR AC BREAKS YOU MIGHT AS WELL FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE MONTHS TO FIX AND ACT LIKE ITS NO BIG DEAL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CLEANING THE POOLS THE WHOLE 2 YEARS WE LIVED THERE SOMEONE CAME OUT MAYBE 3 TIMES TO CLEAN IT. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A BETTER PLACE I PROMISE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESES APARTMENTS. THEY ARE NOT KID FRIENDLY AT ALL. PLEASE REVIEW THE COMMENTS BEFORE DECIDING ON RENTING FROM THESES PEOPLE.

Eugena is very pleasant, caring and friendly, and she kept me informed when the renovations will be completed. I give five stars. Eugena is a phenomenal manager.
