  **update** I’ve been living here for a few months now and I am counting down the months until my lease is over. I’m constantly dealing with huge Roaches in my bathroom, hallway and kitchen area. It’s disgusting and I’ve sprayed pest spray and i have a bi weekly cleaner cleaning my home so I don’t know where they are coming from. I think this building is just super out dated. Why am I being charged pest control fees when I’m literally fighting roaches everyday. I don’t see what they put the residents money towards bc nothing on the property is new or updated in the units across the street. The units by the ocean seem to be the only units they care to maintain any upkeep bc those are the ones infront of the ocean. Needed a temporary place for a few months and found this complex. I can't lie, its not the luxury apartments that I am used to. I have no patio or balcony area so its beyond awkward when I step out my front door for some air and I'm locking eyes with my neighbor directly across from me. I did not like that I had to pickup my own mailbox keys and pay $35 and I had to pay a startup fee for my internet of $50 even though the apartments state the wifi comes with the unit for free. I really only like the location of these apartments as its close to the beach and markets. Sarah was nice and helpful throughout the application process; I like how they provided a cute move in gift. All in all you get what you pay for, I don't see myself staying here longer than a year bc this place is not really kid friendly. The pool is across the street at the other units that actually have the ocean views. The unit I was put into is pretty ran down with no amenities, you have to walk across the busy street just to get to the laundry unit or pool. Not the best place but also not the worst place.

  The apartments are ALL spectacular! There is a level of attention to detail you would expect to see at a 5 star resort! Located in a lovely part of Pensacola close to the beach, downtown and shopping centers. Michael is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond, always has a smile and are incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment we grabbed an application to moving in and beyond the whole staff has been incredible. Michael even went so far as to help entertain our kids while we were filling out paperwork and stressed he runs a family oriented place. Everyone welcomed us as if we had been lifelong friends❤️

  Loving this apartment complex already! Application process what's seamless. they're dog friendly & still modern. I'm excited to have Michael as my leasing agent !
