Oh my goodness.......
I just left the Milestone apartment office and it's the most festive, gorgeous Christmas decorations ever.... I love Shannon, J, and Sweet Bre the office staff.... I love the Crossings at Mipestone so much and even our sweet Maintenance men are so personal and friendly like a friend....
I will Never move....

The apartments are wonderful, the amenities were all well maintained and the woman who helped us was very knowledgeable with all our questions. She made us feel right at home without being pushy. Glad to have made the swap to The Crossings, Brionna was such a big help with the process.

The office is beautiful as well as the apartments, the Staff members Shannon,Brionna and Jimena are absolutely fantastic. This facility has family friendly activities often, food trucks etc... It is Definitely worth touring this little community can't be beat!

I received a pet screening notice on Jan 29, 2026 after I updated the pet screening per the policy of the apartments on Dec 28, 2025. I forwarded the email from my pet screening on Jan 29, 2026 and got a second notice on Feb 11, 2026 telling me I would be fined per FL statutes and receive a 100.00 fine per pet that I don't even have. I do not even have a pet, it states in my lease I do not have a pet. Those of us without pets should not even have to do a pet screening, why have pets listed in the lease and then tell people you still have to do a pet screening. It is just another way they have to make money by fining people for not doing the pet screening when they already know based on the lease agreement if you have a pet or not. There is clearly a breakdown in communication between the management of the apartments and the pet screening place that they need to fix it, but instead they harass the tenants. I also received a rude email about renters insurance on Feb 10, 2026 they use a policy validator for that, again if there is a breakdown in communication with that vendor fix it don't harass the tenants. You chose the vendor the tenants did not and if there is a problem with the vendor you need to fix it.
This is the best apartment I’ve lived at! When I moved in they replaced the carpet 2 years early for us just because it would make me happy. They are so accommodating and are always super speedy if we need something. LOVE this apartment complex!
