  We had a really good experience with Palmilla. Starting with the initial meeting with staff, tour of the property with Kia, who fully explained everything and was very cordial and professional throughout. Can’t say enough good things about the smooth process and we ultimately became a renter.

  We had a wonderful rental and onboarding experience with Kia. She was extremely professional, communicative and great to work with. She guided us through the central experience and everything was seamless and efficient. Property is beautiful and in a nice part of Pensacola.

  I’ve been a resident at Palmilla for about 2 years now and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else in Pensacola. The team in the front office have been incredibly accommodating and the maintenance team quick and efficient with handling the few issues I’ve had here! Highly recommend living at Palmilla.

  Lived there nearly 3 years. Original management was wonderful. New management is a nightmare. Horrible communication, avoidant behavior, incredibly unprofessional and accusatory. If you have energy for that kind of experience, all the best. Not for me. On a plus note, the maintenance was great.

  I have lived here for about a year now and Palmilla has been an amazing experience all around. The management team and the maintenance guys have been a true pleasure to work with and interact with around the property. The pool, gym, and other outdoor amenities are always in great order and create a special, fun environment for all of us to hang out. Whenever there were small issues to address with my apartment, Sean and the maintenance team were all over it. They always addressed any issues I had within a quick timing window and always ensured I was happy with the work. Not to mention, their entire team is friendly, professional, and extremely fun to be around. Totally recommend living here! A clean, modern, and lively place to live in the heart of downtown Pensacola. Can not recommend it any higher!!!
