  Alisha was amazing to deal with and got me the floor plan exactly where and how i wanted it. Evergreen 9 mile is an amazing community and the staff here are super kind, helpful and supportive. The community is crazy clean and theres loads of amenities including trash pickup right outside your door! Ive lived in quite a few apartments and i see myself staying here for years in the very least.

  I was in search of a luxury, comfortable beautiful apartment with plenty of light. Alisha showed me their availability of 1 bedrooms and we found the perfect floorplan together. It was super fun to search with her, she presented options, and was very kind with all of the questions I had because I had way too many. Ask for Alisha when it you’re looking for the perfect home! Seriously! I love my new community and the events she hosts for the residents!!

  Love this apartment and the staff! Alisha was so helpful with the move in process. I’ve been here for a month, had to make a maintenance request online, was super easy to make and it was resolved within hours.

  I highly recommend speaking with Alisha when applying for an apartment! She is very knowledgeable and made the application process a breeze, especially for first time applicants. She was able to answer every question and her communication is spot on! She also led our tour of the property and really helped to make our experience as comfortable as possible.

  Me and my fiance filled out a application here online once she paid for the application fee and admin fee the lady said Someone already took that apartment however she told me the money will go back on the card 24-48 but it did not . I’m starting to feel like we got scammed . I called no answer.
