    Nicole Gilchrest with Emerald Coast Realty Pros grossly misrepresented us in the purchase of our $1.2 home. She did not do her due diligence and research property lines. She repeatedly showed us and spoke of property lines that were incorrect. The day before closing she stated that she was unaware and it was her fault for not checking further. She also stated she would give us her commission due to this negligence. On closing day, not only did she not forward her commission, we didn't even receive a welcome gift or a thank you card. From this point on, she has defended her stance with complete untruths, although the lender and title company are also aware of her misguidance. I hope that others choose a better realtor that does the legwork that you hire and pay them for.

    Christy Smith with Emerald Coast Realty was an absolute joy to work with. Home buying can be incredibly stressful but not with Christy! She completely understands the experience and works for you every step of the way, ensuring you feel as comfortable as possible.     Can’t say enough positive words about Nicole Gilchrest at Emerald Coast Realty Pros! Her professionalism, personality plus, experience expert advice was only eclipsed by her caring, attentive service at every step in our home buying process. It was “over the top” and one of the main reasons we found the perfect home. She’s Amazing!

    Kim Worked tirelessly to find me the right condo to suit my life style. We went everywhere in Pensacola! She always had a smile something kind to say at each stop. This process took place while I was out of town working. So each visit back we meet to again see property! I have been in MY CONDO for 10 months now and love it. If i ever need to buy again KIM will be my agent of choice.
