  Lot rent increases every year, but they dont provide any services so where does the money go because its not the better anything for any of the residents. The only line a person will pick up is the sales line (dont have an emergency). No one returns calls (again dont have an emergency) and they turn off our water so frequently I stopped doing laundry during the day just in case. You pay a lot for nothing in return. They are very inefficient. They started fixing the sidewalks but then just took them out entirely so they wasted that money and took out one of the only nice features in the neighborhood. Now you just have to walk in the road with the cars.

  Small, pleasantly "homey" place. Just off a well-used, but not congested road. Mobile homes are not brand-spanking-new, but they are nice, welcome (and affordable!) alternative living quarters. The highlight of my visit was the on-site representative, Jennifer. She displayed in-depth knowledge of the place and the surrounding area. Jennifer was very professional, yet also extremely personable. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. Jennifer's demeanor is a far cry from the behavior of other property managers/ representatives where customer service, compassion and an eagerness to help is a foreign concept. Thank you!

  I used to think that there would be less litter if there were more trash cans available. I was mistaken . Each home has at least 2 trash cans , however the litter is unbelievable. The entire park is saturated with drug dealers and users. I don't recommend it for families.
