  Yall do not EVER need to do that “parking violation” advertisement bullshit ever again. Why on earth would I come live at an objectively worse place? Don’t touch my car. Please find some other ideas. All that did was piss me clean off at 8 in the morning.

  The staff are very helpful and friendly. I spoke with Tim and Jay and they helped us understand everything we needed to know as first time movers lol. They were very fast and detailed I didn’t expect the process to be this easy. I highly recommend this place😁

  My friend and I came here to ask for a tour and the front desk, Tim and Jay, were really helpful to us. They walked us through on how to do the applications, the leasing, etc. and I really appreciate it as it is my first time doing this. The units are fully furnished and they have good amenities. I’m looking forward to move here.

  The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because for as far as it comes trying to find a place to live that’s affordable is HARD, and this place is better off than many. That being said, it’s better off but NOWHERE around here is like a reasonable living condition for the price. Let me begin with moving in, the do NOT clean up from the prior tenant, I’m allergic to cats and not only was the previous tenant a cat owner, but the place clearly had never been cleaned. I took so many photos of how just gross it was, I’d vacuum a foot stretch and my entire vacuum would be full and I am genuinely not exaggerating. There was existing damages, the vents for the apartment absolutely caked in debris and dust, everything just genuinely disgusting to move into let alone if the charge me a “moving out cleaning fee” I will refuse to pay that knowing they DONT DO ANYTHING. My room also had side paneling to the sink ripped off and missing an entire drawer when I moved in. TLDR, they don’t check anything between tenants they just sell out the place and say good luck! And sure the staff are nice, but that’s their job. And look it’s not the desks staffs fault, most are not that much older than me it’s a job for them, I’m sure they are well aware that nothing gets done but what can they do. However, anytime I’ve gone in with a problem at the beginning especially with how disgusting it was, it’s just a oh well send maintenance or whatever, but that’s the other problem that they do lazy jobs at stuff heck I just tried getting the ac in my room fixed and I can tell all they did was attempt to open the ALREADY open vent, let alone I have a white comforter and can tell they stepped all over my bed and then also left the dust on my white bedding that now have grey smudges on them. People can be nice but it doesn’t mean they’re actually up keeping the place, so to anyone, don’t expect to move into anything nice here unless you’re lucky enough the person before you was super clean, don’t expect to have some sort of bug free, problem free apartment. It is nice to have your own room and walk in closest but that’s about it, and heck shouldn’t that be the minimum? for the price you pay to live it sucks that this is the standard that everywhere can get away with because you can’t find cheaper without the same or worse problems. If you’re on a budget, this isn’t the worst place to live just please be warned if I knew how much money of my OWN I’d have to spend to debug the place, clean the place, and everything associated I genuinely would cry because I did when all this happened because it’s stressful to be in college and move into a broken dirty apartment and bug infested place.
