- SSSamJan 6, 20261.0Lot rent increases every year, but they dont provide any services so where does the money go because its not the better anything for any of the residents. The only line a person will pick up is the sales line (dont have an emergency). No one returns calls (again dont have an emergency) and they turn off our water so frequently I stopped doing laundry during the day just in case. You pay a lot for nothing in return. They are very inefficient. They started fixing the sidewalks but then just took them out entirely so they wasted that money and took out one of the only nice features in the neighborhood. Now you just have to walk in the road with the cars.

Each home has at least 2 trash cans , however the litter is unbelievable. The entire park is saturated with drug dealers and users. I don't recommend it for families.
