Our house was built with such care and quality, and Ryan Homes ensured and met each deadline. We had feedback and updates every week during the construction time. Diego, our sales representative, and Chase our Project Manager took time out each week to be available and give us continued updates. Chase was extremely professional, helpful, and patient. Chase was very knowledgeable, and took the time to get to know us and walk us through this first experience. Ryan’s homes has a good post-sales process that help us to get fixed minor things after we moved in.They were always available and ready to provide solutions and answers every time we needed in regards our new home features. I highly recommend to anyone to use Ryan Homes for a quality builder, professionalism, and meeting expectations. We are home owners of several properties, and never had such a great customer service pre and post sales and during the process. Overall 5 stars! Thank you for taking care of us and providing us a good quality home for me and my family!

Our project manager, Megan, has gone above and beyond for us before, during and after our home building process. Never felt like there was an issue too small for her to take care of, and when she said she would fix something or look into she made sure to keep her word!
