- JRJesse RyanJan 8, 20264.0Even though we didn’t move forward with the house in Longmeadow, I wanted to shout out Jillian, the sales representative. She was responsive and incredible during the process. Highly recommended asking for her in this neighborhood. To comment on the home itself that we did not move forward on after making a deposit. The price has dropped over $30k in two months online. The home just finished completion as well. If these homes were priced for what they’re worth from the beginning, that would be a much better process. Tons of nearby communities with much more upgraded homes and better prices. Overall nice looking homes but I’m pretty disappointed seeing how fast their prices plummet and diminish equity in the neighborhood.

I email the warranty department and they say this is normal that I personal need to repair this asap because water intrusion. They said this is o my covered in the first year. My house leaked in my garage year one. They painted over the stain but did nothing about the outside. Be aware.
