All of the finishes were already selected and installed and, even if they are the basic included fixtures & finishes, they are top quality and beautiful. The team that works with you during the final walk-through & closing process are all so professional and knowledgeable, and we love Natalie! We were her last homebuyers before she moved to Utah and we were honored to work with her. Nick Richardson was our first point of contact in the DelWebb office and he was really great and worked with us when we decided to purchase. He makes his chaotic job look effortless! Mike Lansky is just amazing and helpful. We've never had a person designated to work with homeowners after we've moved in so that is an added perk that other builders don't offer. Very impressed with DelWebb!
