  We chose a move-in ready Crestmere floor plan and we love it. The process was amazingly easy and uncomplicated. Jill Jones was our sales rep and she is amazing. The incentives were great. Pulte Mortgage was great and the closing process could not have been smoother. Justin Merrell, the construction manager who oversaw the build of our home is amazing as well. We did two walkthroughs before we closed and he made sure anything we found was corrected, but there wasn’t much to be concerned about. All in all, if you’re looking for a 55+ community with resort-style amenities, check out Del Webb’s SunChase in Parrish, FL.

  The Pulte team at Del Webb Sunchase were flawless throughout the entire process of building our new home. Jill Jones, our Pulte salesperson, was professional and made the purchasing process seamless. Susan Wright, the design consultant, helped us in our selections to design our perfect look. Justin Merrill, our construction manager, was thorough, responsive, and communicated with us through the entire process ensuring our home was built to high standards.Our final home inspector told us the house was built very well - we had minimal issues which were all resolved prior to closing. We cannot be more happy with our dream home and the care the Pulte team took with us. Now we are looking forward to building our new community at Sunchase!

  Our experience up until now, we haven’t closed yet, has been excellent. Leslie, the sales agent was very professional, thorough and friendly as she took us through the beginning process. The design process was handled equally well by Susan, though 2 visits, instead of one, would have relieved some stress and allowed for decisions to be revisited. The construction process has been efficient and of good quality. Justin, the construction manager has been quite professional, friendly, thorough and responsive. We look forward to finishing this process in the next couple of weeks and anticipate similar experiences with all involved.

  Start to date we closed, everything went perfectly smooth. Our sales rep, Leslie, was fantastic to work with. She was very knowledgeable, and always answered any questions that we had promptly. Tim, our construction manager, was equally excellent. He met us multiple times at the house, answered all of our questions, and went over and above to make sure we were happy. As of this writing, we have had no problems with our new house, and are extremely happy. Wonderful experience, and would highly recommend.

  Very happy so far with our new home at Del Webb Sunchase. Our salesperson, Leslie Busse, and our Construction Manager Justin have both been fantastic and so easy to work with. We can’t wait to move into our beautiful new home!
