Worse decision of my life! Spent 3 weeks here! Literally!! I was bounded by the 60 days notice and just want to get these people behind me! (I couldn’t even stay for the 60 days) Bugs were climbing up the walls and we were fighting with fruit flies that went from the toilet to the kitchen buzzing in our food!! I hated the apartment the minute I walked through the door! Do not sign any lease until they show the apartment u are getting!! Do not fall for that “ we’ll have to get the cleaners to clean up before you can go in bs” the cleaners went in and there were signs that the apartment was not used for a while. We didn’t even move in anything. Tried to get a new apartment because the windows were horrible! Either they hid them behind the bedhead during our tour and or I am stupid but neither me nor my husband saw those horrible windows on the tour and they truly just makes me depressed! The agent tried to convince us that all the apartments are like that and people think that it’s their best feature! Everyone who I showed the pictures thinks they are horrible and 1 person even asked if that used to be a prison! The kitchen was close to the bathroom (wasn’t like that in the tour) when anyone used the bathroom and you walked through the door/in the kitchen cooking would be very unpleasant! How do you make all the apartments like that?? Clearly these people think we’re stupid! They just didn’t want to change the apartment! We left! Here comes the fees! We had to pay $50 as set up fee for insurance on the 15th and by the 1st of January was the $19.00 fee for the insurance again! I have not paid that fee at my previous apartment or the one I moved into! This was not told to us either! We had to pay a water setup fee! Lol all these are new to us! Like they are trying to get every dollar they can get from us because we elected for option 2 so we could liquidate if we ended the lease early! The mailbox didn’t work moving in and still didn’t work when we moved out! They had to cancel the insurance on the apartment because the insurance company wouldn’t let us! On the final day of the 60 days notice they didn’t do that! I kept checking it to ensure that they did! I tried to cancel insurance after the 60 days notice and it was confirmed that it was still active! They sent a $45 bill for electricity and I was not even there! Lol my bill for the whole month at my new apartment where we do laundry and all that is $79. Where is the breakdown of this and how did yall arrive at this?? May I mention also how i was forced to split rent into two because their convenience fee is 30+ dollars to pay rent!! These people are money hungry and dishonest! Don’t even get me started on parking!! You are constantly in a rat race for parking! The worst place i have ever lived at!

My experience here has been phenomenal! The apartments and the community here at North Bay Landings are nice! Devona and Mary in the office are absolutely amazing and easy to communicate with! The maintenance crew is outstanding as well! I appreciate all the hard work and dedication of the employees to make our stay here pleasurable. I just renewed my lease for another year!

I’m a Fire Inspector and have conducted inspections at this facility. The staff are consistently friendly, organized, and professional. Manager Mary and her associate Devona were proactive and responsive to everything I needed. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a property that truly takes care of its residents’ needs.

Had some serious maintenance issues. Office did some digging around and figured out it’s going to take a little bit more work and might get dragged out so they moved us into a new unit. Customer service above and beyond. Thanks

I just moved in and love it! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the grounds are clean, and it runs like a well-oiled machine. I’m very pleased overall!
