Williams treated me like family during the entire home buyer process from beginning to end even checking up on me after. I can not put into words how grateful I am for his care and compassion I am a first time home owner and I had so many questions and no matter how many questions I asked or how many times I asked the same question he was always available and more than willing to answer and assure. - SWShannon WatsonSep 14, 20253.0I feel like from start to finish it was a stressful event. I will start with always do your homework on who you are buying from. It makes a difference. It took months to get the land cleared. The septic tank was installed to the original specs not the amended one. I didn't want to wait any longer so i left it that way. Once model was on the land it went very quick with the next part of the process, elect, a/c, inspections, etc. Finally the "welcome home" was just me. Not me and my children and family. Just me unfortunately 😕 I recieved a basket, took a pic and given a couple of keys to only the front door not even the back door because they didnt have them. Finally the ceilings and walls above windows have cracks in them to this day. A year later. Good luck everyone
