  Jennifer is amazing! I appreciate her so much for all of her help and support. She is always available whenever I call and offers the best customer service and care. She’s very quick and efficient and I just wanna say thank you so much Jennifer for getting back to me. ———————————————————————— Any issues that I’ve ever had she is very quick to find me a solution whether that’s with maintenance, billing, trash, or any other questions or concerns I may have. I am so happy that she is a part of the amazing team Pier Park Crossing has. I also would like to thank the maintenance team as I’ve lived here as they have also been great when coming over to my senior German Shepherd as well as quickly fixing the issue, even after their typical hours. Even if it is an emergency in terms of maintenance issues I still want to appreciate and give kudos and thanks to them for going out of their way, and taking time out of their day to do something beyond their working hours to ensure my living space is much more comfortable. ———————————————————————— As I can happily say that, the environment over here is a huge improvement compared to my previous apartment. While dog friendly it goes beyond exceptions. There are two dog parks, a dog beach within a 10 minute drive, two amazing vet clinics with in 15-25 minutes away. Also frank brown park is beautiful for your dogs to roam around and explore. Plus many shops allow dogs if they are in a stroller. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and I’m excited to renew my lease as this is the perfect place for my dog and me. ———————————————————————— Again, thank you to the lovely staff, maintenance, and thank you Jennifer. You are such a sunshine to talk to and I appreciate all of your hard work and helping me and anything behind the scenes! I hope you all have a lovely day!

  I hate whatever trash company we use at pier park crossings. Rude and lazy🙄🫩. They only pick up some trash. Which is crazy considering in the lease it’s two trash bags keyword = two as in = 2 That I’m paying for in my rent. Maybe if I repeat it in this review, whoever works for the trash company will understand. Your job is to pick up trash Sunday through Thursday. If I leave out, at 5 PM, which is what I’m supposed to do during those specific days then you pick up the damn trash because that’s the job that you have And chose no shame or shade. The least you could do is have some integrity or find a new job or better yet can we have a new trash company cause this one is literally TRASH. Obviously, I’m fed up. I’ve been here for a year and eight months and you know at first it was fine and I didn’t really care last year. However, now that I have a baby and I go through diapers. I need my trash taken out, especially if I’m paying for you to do a job that you don’t seem to be doing. My trash is double packed Sometimes even tripled. If you have an issue with the trash either choose a new line of work or do your damn job. I’m just sick and tired of paying if you’re not gonna do that and I have to take it out myself because what’s the point. The owners can save their response. What I would prefer instead is you to give the trash company a earful Because this is not OK. Better yet I would love if you would get them an Ultimatum if they don’t get it together. As I know this was An issue last month for other residents. And I can say that I’ve had this ongoing issue for a while, but I am sick and tired of having to take it out myself. If I’m paying for someone for a service that is not being provided at least not completely. MK thanks.
