  Jessika Bucci of Burg Management has done a fantastic job of communicating with the community regarding any issues that arise! She has been very helpful and responsive. Each time I have gone into the office with wristband issues, etc. I appreciate her health on various issues!

  We have just moved in Breakfast Point East. We visited Burg Management office and the first person we met was Cheri. She welcomed us to the neighborhood and has been helping us understand everything that we needed to know about the neighborhood. Very nice, friendly and very professional.   I have been working with Ms. Gathers who manages the Hawks Landing Property in Panama City Florida. I am a member of the board of Directors for the community. I have nothing to say about Ms. Gathers but well done. She have been most helpful whenever I pose a question or ask about the management of the property or a special situation pertaining to my position as treasurer of the HOA and walking me through growing pains of the position. I thank you Ms Gathers and the staff of the management company.
