I've been dealing with Burg Management for my Palm Cove rental property since 2004 and things have not improved during that time, in fact they've gotten worse. Now when I call with an issue, I'm connected to a message center in what seems to be India. The people won't tell me where they're located, but it definitely isn't Panama City Beach. I requested a callback 48 hours ago. I'm still waiting and will be leaving new callback requests daily or more frequently. I would personally go to the office in an attempt to resolve the issue, but I no longer live in the area. I keep crossing my fingers that the HOA board finds a new management company which no doubt would be an improvement. I expect Burg to respond to this and tell me to email them cause that's apparently what their normal response is to reviews, but I want to talk to someone who can resolve the issue and I'm not going to waste my time typing up a very long email. You need to read people's India-provided messages, listen to your voicemail, and CALL PEOPLE BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER!
