  If you have an issue with the house. You have to constantly call to stay on top of it. They need one person to oversee the whole process and they don't have that. The person who answers the phone is nice but more than likely the information they have is in accurate. You have to call the contractor they see his scheduled, more than likely the subcontractor has no idea about it. Then you have to follow up to make sure they approve the quote, then you have to follow up with the subcontractor to make sure he's received the approval. Many times the subcontractor will not do the job, but it will show in their computer that they are scheduled. Bad information is handed off between individuals within the company. You must stay on top of the process, the ball gets dropped many times. They sent one sub to take out part of our shower a month ago and we're still waiting for someone to repair it. Dealing with a corporation that's headquartered on the other side of the country is literally a nightmare. Save yourself headaches and do not rent from Progress Residential.

  My wife and I have been looking for a place to move due to a promotion she received. Finding a new home has definitely been stressful and while we're still in the application process, I wanted to give a shout-out to Cynthia V.. When I called Progress, I was ready to hear disappointed news regarding my questions about the application and house pricing. Cynthia was able to assuage my concerns and reassure me as to how the process works, and how the company honors their prospective customers to the best of their ability. I appreciated her willingness to look into answers to my questions to ensure my wife and I were aligned regarding what to expect as we move forward. Thanks again Cynthia!

  Everyone I have dealt with has been awesome! They go above and beyond to assist you in finding the perfect property, it was super easy and enjoyable working with Progress Residential. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property in this area. 10 stars!!

  Ken Bailey is always the Service Technician that comes to our home. He's very polite, respectful, thorough, does amazing work couldn't say enough about their maintenance department and this service tech. On the other hand the company and different departments its self are horrible, you can't get anything else accomplished. They're decently cordial but no communication between departments. I hate all the extra fees they impose. Also they charged your water utilities separately through a 3rd party. That's horrible as well. Whatever happened to the tenant paying their own utilities? Stupid

  This company needs a LOT of structure. 2/10 for their lack of communication, structure, and customer service. Lots of back and forth, blood, sweat, headaches and tears trying to transfer within their company. Moved into an absolutely filthy home that needs so much maintenance it never should have been deemed move in ready however, WORTH IT. We aren’t bothered throughout the lease term, maintenance always shows, and we are happy in our home thanks to Brian Davis! He is a kind, wise, exceptional choice for head of maintenance. My dad lives hours away so to know that this man cares about the tenants in which he helps really makes me feel supported and happy despite the distance to my family and long list of maintenance requests currently being handled. One exceptional employee can change the entire experience. Give him a raise!!!!
