  Travesta Place has truly been the best apartment living experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I first walked into the leasing office, I felt welcomed. The community itself is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the entire staff is absolutely amazing. The team truly goes above and beyond for the residents, and you can genuinely feel how much they care about the community. They also host monthly events that are always so fun! It really brings everyone together and creates such a great sense of community. You just can’t beat living in a place like this. I’m incredibly grateful to call Travesta Place home and so are my three furry babies!

  Living here has been a fantastic experience. The entire staff is incredibly professional and consistently goes above and beyond to help residents. Every amenity is well maintained and adds so much value to daily life. Beyond the great facilities, the genuine friendliness of the team creates such a welcoming atmosphere. I truly love calling this community my home.

  I don’t write reviews often, but the maintenance team at Trevesta absolutely deserves one. We’ve had a couple of unexpected “help!” moments, and every time the team has stepped in with kindness, quick thinking, and a great attitude. One example is our treadmill incident. I ordered what I thought was a small treadmill, but what arrived was a gigantic, defective box that completely took over the dining room. The company wouldn’t even arrange pickup. I asked Luis if I could borrow a dolly to return it myself, but after seeing the size of the box, the team jumped in to help. They loaded it up, I followed them to UPS, and the problem was solved. Stress instantly gone. Another was our AC adventure after a windy rainstorm. Andres and Idros stopped to check it right away and got it running, but when it shut off again later, the office team stepped in with support and options. Idros even turned around on his way home to bring a mobile unit and clean the coils, which ultimately fixed the issue. What stood out most was the kindness, respect and genuine care. It’s comforting to know that Brittany and the Trevesta team are always willing to help when things go sideways. Thank you!

  I’ve had such a great experience living here. The staff is truly amazing. Brittany, Maranda, Luis, Andres, and Isidro all go above and beyond. My work orders are always completed very quickly and efficiently. And the girls in the office are always welcoming, professional, and so helpful. It really makes a difference to feel taken care of. Love this place and the team ❤️

  I’ve lived in this apartment community for almost three years, and I can honestly say it’s the first place that has truly felt like home. The management team is wonderful, the property is consistently clean and well kept, and maintenance is incredibly responsive and reliable. I especially want to recognize Miranda and Brittany. They are both kind, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been prompt, approachable, and helpful, which makes such a difference. This community feels safe, welcoming, and thoughtfully managed. That sense of care and connection is rare, and it’s why I still love living here years later. I’m very grateful to call this place home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run, community-focused apartment living experience.
