We honestly love it!! Shoutout to Isidro and Andres from the maintenance crew. I really appreciate your quick response when it comes to anything I need help with. They are extremely efficient and as soon as I put a request in they come the very next day to help me out. Amazing job always! The staff here is one of a kind and they always go above and beyond to make sure the residents feel taken care of and thought for. Thanks for having an amazing team that’s always available when we need them.

Unfortunately, at the recent holiday party, the community manager ignored us entirely, making us feel unwelcome. Community events should be inclusive, and this experience missed the mark. Regardless if we are renewing or not. The community manager would probably benefit in taking customer service workshops. Because regardless, if we are renewing or not, we will be telling everybody about how we treated when we decided not to.
