Kim has been assisting me with a current issue after transferring homes. She has been nothing short of amazing in helping me resolve this issue that has plagued us for weeks. She has been on my side since day one advocating for me. I am so appreciative of her. Last but not least, our technician Jake. He is prompt, always has a positive attitude, and helps us resolve any issues we have with our home when maintenance is needed. Progress has some great people working for them.
