⭐️ I recently visited Stillwater Palms in Palm Harbor and noticed the landscaping, specifically the “new pine needle mulch “ around the building. Unfortunately, the appearance was quite disappointing; it looked scattered and unkempt, almost as if the wind had blown the needles around haphazardly. While I appreciate the effort to enhance the grounds, I believe a real mulch would match the environment much better and provide a more cohesive look. A tidier landscape would make a significant difference and truly reflect the community's charm. Looking forward to seeing some improvements in the future!

Do yourself a favor and don’t live here. The staff are terrible and rude, the facility is falling apart, the walls are paper thin and every little noise you can hear. Also they start mowing at 7 AM almost every day!! I haven’t been able to sleep since moving in. I’ve tried contacting the office and they do not respond. Trust me. It’s not worth it. Don’t live here.

Editing on 4/7: The apartment manager, Brandon, made sure that repairs were done to my apartment and that they were done properly. They hired a new vendor who came in on 4/4 and spent the entire day repairing my home, redoing what the previous vendor failed to do. The previous vendor made a mess of my apartment, getting paint all over my belongings. This new vendor not only fixed their poor job, but they cleaned up the mess in my apartment. I am very grateful to this vendor for making my home livable. There was still some mold in my pantry behind items that were not moved. Brandon had maintenance come right away to handle the issue. My apartment is now in great condition, and I am very thankful to Brandon and Mark for making sure that my home eventually became livable. Overall, this whole ordeal took over 3 weeks to repair, in which I was not living in my home, which is unacceptable. I am glad to be back in my apartment though. Editing on 4/1: The apartment maintenance supervisor came to my apartment today and clearly realized how bad the damage was, because they sent out two vendors to my apartment to "repair" the damage. Whoever they hired must be playing a giant April's fools joke on me. They did an absolutely terrible job. They painted over the water damage to my ceiling, without removing the damage. They painted over water bubbles in my ceiling. They painted over the mold. They painted over water damage bubbling in the walls. They did a completely unacceptable job in my home. They didn't move anything in my pantry and when I did, there was still a great deal of mold on my walls. So much so that my food was stuck to the wall because of all the mold. I had to throw away a giant bag of my food. They got paint on my food in the pantry as well. These people even clogged my kitchen sinks from cleaning their equipment in my sinks. March 31st- On March 13th a pipe burst in the upstairs unit to me and flooded my entire apartment. That night, maintenance came to fix the pipe, remove the water, and place fans inside to attempt to dry the unit. I am extremely thankful to this maintenance man for showing up so quickly at 1am. Days later, I went into the office to ask what was going on and they said they were going the next day to remove the fans and assess the damage. That part was done. After a week and a half of no work being done, mold started to grow in my apartment. I went back to the office to show photos of the mold, and the office blamed the maintenance for removing the fans. They returned the fans for about a day. On March 27th I went back to the office because still no work has been done and was told they were going that day to start. They told me their vendor rescheduled for Monday or Tuesday. I was also told by Laura that she was going to personally call me Monday morning to let me know what was going on. That was another lie as it never happened. No one came on Monday. On Tuesday, one maintenance man came to my apartment in the morning and put something on my ceiling which dripped onto my belongings in my living room including my lamp. No "vendor" showed up as promised. I have been in contact with the office about the situation, and keep getting lied to. There has been zero communication on their end on what is going on in my apartment. I have to keep going into the office to inquire, because calling isn't an option when no one ever answers the phone. This apartment complex does not care that a single mom with a young child has been displaced from her home for over 3 weeks and expects us to live in a hazardous environment. Please think twice about renting a unit here. I cannot wait until my lease is up and I can go somewhere else. I wished I listened to all the poor reviews I read before renting. From the start, this apartment complex has been a nightmare. My move in day was delayed by a week and a half due to the apartment not being ready, and I didn't find out until I showed up with 3 cars packed with my belongings ready to receive my keys and move in.

Thank you to Freddy and William for putting in such hard and amazing work fixing my apartment issues they stayed and explained to me everything they were doing and did it all with a positive attitude and smiling faces. They are very good at what they do as they fixed some other issues I had in the past and I’m always thrilled and pleased when I see they are the ones doing the labor on the apartment thank you my friends and God Bless you both! Best two maintenance men at Stillwater!

We moved in an apartment just a few months ago. It’s definitely a change after living in a house with 7 acres for 20 years but we decided to move to Florida after retirement. The place isn’t too bad. Any time we have an issue Tom from maintenance fixes it quickly. He’s very friendly and efficient. (More than I can say about another guy). We haven’t had any bug problems. There are plenty of dog walking areas. The biggest problem is other tenants not cleaning up after their dogs. The main complaint I have is the new property manager doesn’t realize this is peoples homes. He wants nothing on the patios. Bikes, empty planters, etc. First it’s winter so not much grows in those planters. Second, there is nowhere else to put bikes and large toys inside the apartments. He thinks it makes the place look bad for new possible tenants. I think it looks like a home people are comfortable living in. (I’m not alone in that thinking after talking to other tenants). The pool area and fitness center are well kept. We hope to call Stillwater Palms home for a long time.
