  Gianna, Nina, and Kristen were amazing to work with. From the scent that comes from the vents in the hallway, to the screened in patios it’s all amazing. The amenities are better than my previous apartments. The courtyard has me feeling like I am at a 5 star resort. It’s quiet and relaxing. The gym has great equipment and you know I am playing pickleball at the brand new court they have. I keep my car in one of their garages that they offer so that I can keep it protected from that Florida sun ! I have a one bedroom apartment and the layout is amazing, it has a great flow, and if you can maximize your space it has PLENTY. Besides that the communication that Gianna, Nina, and Kristen have is beyond any other. Everything is clearly stated along with important information clearly stated in emails so that you can always reference what they have said. This is great so things do not get lost or confused ! I highly recommend this complex if you’re new to Florida OR a life time Floridian. The secure key fob entry all throughout AND the goodie bag you receive is the cherry on top!

  We would love to give our home a 5 star but it needs some serious work . We have been here for 8 months now and we have loved it most of the time other than the bad vibe from maintenance and until we moved into a 2 bedroom where there is the worst banging above us. Also aggressively entitled maintenance who has had issues with other tenants and nothing has still been done with the complaints. Carlos was aggressive with me when the door to a garage was opened in the main hallway where toxic fumes coming in and we’re going into my home . He aggressively told me ( no he was not closing the door and he is working .in an aggressive way that makes me feel unsafe and uncomfortable where I live. Carlos is a bully. We are quite people and excellent tenants that don’t deserve to feel uncomfortable where we live . We had the best maintenance guy where we use to live and we are still personal friends with him . We were hoping the bad vibe we got from Carlos early on would get better and he has only gotten worse. The valet trash is an ongoing issue and we are still being charged the full amount weather they pick up or not, Also the latte area is not being maintained consistently and the locks to the pool should be inforced and haven’t since we moved in. If these issues would be resolved it would be a beautiful place to live. we are hoping for the best for upper management to take charge of these important issues.

  I'm new to the complex. My first maintenance call was due to not having hot water flow at the bathroom vanity. I thought it strange, because everything is new. I placed a maintenance request. Nathan arrived during the time I requested and was able to clear the problem right away. He greeted me with a smile and promptly went to work. He repaired the problem within 15 minutes and did not make a mess. Thank you.
