  I would like to say, everyone who helped me in my home buying process was amazing. Ayla, helped me get started in purchasing my home. Always available to answer my many questions. My project manager Josh was so helpful answering all my questions, making sure I understood all there was to know about my house, and Elizabeth was so very helpful in always at the ready whenever I needed anything. They all made sure I was comfortable in my new townhome( which I love). You can't go wrong with this crew when I comes to buying your new home here in Sable Palms, you will be very happy. Despite several personnel-related challenges that came up along the way, the team addressed everything swiftly and kept us on track for our closing date without unnecessary delays. A special thank you to Haris, who was truly integral to making the process as smooth as it was. He was always available to answer any questions or address concerns, and he consistently conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. His communication, dedication, and attention to detail made a significant difference throughout the experience. We are absolutely thrilled with our new home and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.   My experience with Ryan Homes was positive overall. There were a few hurdles — two push-out closing dates and my loan officer’s resignation midway — but things ultimately came together. Haris was the standout! He handled my orientation like a rock star and followed up promptly on post-closing issues. The HVAC sensor needed replacement, and the gutter cleaning left a mess on my sidewalk for closing day, but both were addressed. Overall, I’m pleased with my new home and appreciate Haris’s professionalism and follow-through.

  It has been an absolute pleasure working with my new home builder representative, Pernell Rowe. He was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Pernell was informative, checked in with me weekly, and always kept me updated on the progress of my new home. A huge thank you as well to my project manager, Josh Brubaker — he was the best! Josh took the time to make sure my husband and I understood how everything in our new home worked.
