  I moved into one of their beautiful properties in the Seminole woods area about four years ago, and this will be my fifth year coming up. From the very first few months that I moved here, Becky and her entire team have always been very friendly, honest, and helpful whenever any issues arise! Very hard to find these days, especially when you’re renting! Also included whenever you rent from Everest: 2 Complementary air-conditioning unit maintenance visits per year (Also, if any issues with the heating/air-conditioning anytime) Complete coverage on garage door systems and mechanical issues if any arise With the way the housing market is And the economy, And all these benefits mentioned above, it’s a no-brainer for me to keep renting from this amazing company for the next few years until I perhaps purchase a home. Thank you so much Everest Realty team for all the years of great customer service and great rent prices!

  My family & I have recently moved into a property with Everest and I can say my move went fairly smooth, besides the crazy fees I had to pay that didn’t apply to me at the time. In the process of settling in I was feeling uneasy about our move. I’ve been speaking with Becky religiously during that time and she’s helped me tremendously with settling in, and overall just helping me adjust and get comfortable with the home. She’s helped get all my maintenance requests, and appliance requests worked out in a timely manner. And she’s been the sole speaker between the I and the property owner, so everything has always went smooth working with her. Becky does an outstanding job

  Just moved to Florida and was nervous about getting home, I found a beautiful home on Zillow applied and got approved , I had the chance to work with Becky though the whole process and she was absolutely amazing and made the process easy and stress free , if anyone is wanting to get a home I would most definitely work with Becky for a stress free and easy process.
