  I'm new to the complex. My first maintenance call was due to not having hot water flow at the bathroom vanity. I thought it strange, because everything is new. I placed a maintenance request. Nathan arrived during the time I requested and was able to clear the problem right away. He greeted me with a smile and promptly went to work. He repaired the problem within 15 minutes and did not make a mess. Thank you.

  This is my first apartment I’ve rented on my own and Nina and Jacob have been amazing at guiding me through this process and helping to accommodate my needs.
