  Long review: First time homeowner I purchased my first Townhome with Ryan Homes and this experience has been exceptional the sales team Kelsey Kirk was warm, personable and inviting our conversation felt more like friendship, big shout out the mortgage team Robert Uzzo, Carla Eisenhour made Approval process smooth, i didn’t have keep sending in the same documents over and over again they understood and executed the assignment. The Construction team Matt Bolling and Haris R . communication and transparency was more than I expected they set up Photo app with photos showing step by step of the building process I was in the know during the entire process. orientation day/ walk through Matt was very thorough went over every detail of the home provided phone numbers , registering appliances, warranty etc (I forgot even some of the info) he made sure he delivered the perfect home. Day of closing I drove to Jacksonville met with the closing officer Nicole Berrio-Tobon she explained the title of documents, clear and concise told me where to sign and date (my hand was cramping) moved in my beautiful home. A few short days after moving in I noticed the toilet pressure was low but I didn’t think anything of it (as I know nothing about low water pressure) as I walked out the front door I noticed overflow in my front yard my new neighbors took a look and immediately identified something wasn’t right I immediately put in a ticket to through Ryan Homes warranty request (Matt B told me call the numbers he provided on the list, but I forgot) I received a call back immediately from warranty request but missed the call the next business Don Burrows (warranty manager) called, Jenkins Plumbing called told me someone will be at my location. Joseph was ringing my doorbell within 30-40 mins immediately assessed the issue, it was a broken main sewer pipe fixed it within the hour cleaned up I was confident and comfortable doing my job (I WFH) knowing I was being taken care of. Ryan Homes, NVR, Third party contractors and all the affiliates are amazing to work with the home buying process with the team was more than amazing.   I have purchased a few homes from different builders so I have some prior experience to compare. Ryan Homes has been great from the beginning. Matt Bollinger and Haris Residovic have been very transparent keeping us updated via text messages for the status of our new townhome. I just had the walk-thru yesterday and I am very pleased with the product and the process to date. With their reasonable pricing, I would recommend Ryan Homes. They have a great team. 😊

  I had the pleasure of working with Matt Bollinger, my construction manager and cannot say or thank him enough for the courtesy and professionalism that he extended to me. He took photos of my home and shared with me throughout the construction process, always answered my emails/ text messages on the same day and always had the answers for me. During my walk he was so thorough on taking me through the working of all my appliances and where to troubleshoot any issues. Ryan home is fortunate to have him as a part of their team thank you Matt. You are the one that made my purchase feel like I was welcomed home
