There were a few hurdles — two push-out closing dates and my loan officer’s resignation midway — but things ultimately came together. Haris was the standout! He handled my orientation like a rock star and followed up promptly on post-closing issues. The HVAC sensor needed replacement, and the gutter cleaning left a mess on my sidewalk for closing day, but both were addressed. Overall, I’m pleased with my new home and appreciate Haris’s professionalism and follow-through.
