- JDJay DessSep 2, 20251.0If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Everyone was nice until it was time to solve the tenants issues or time to go. Please, look at the reviews and you will see that most of the positive reviews are from landlords and not tenants. A few experiences: no air conditioning during hot summer days and ended up paying for portable air conditioners, 3 very inconvenient inspections per year, lease renewal way ahead of lease beginning date and cancellation fee of $4000 won’t be waved even if the renewal date hasn’t started, security deposit of $2700 not returned due to “smudged paint”. Oh and they also don’t know the color of the paint so I would avoid changing the paint on the walls…all I can say is that moving out cost us a lot of money…there are so many other issues but I have no more energy to deal with them.

I always hesitate to leave bad reviews but when reaching out about something important and being ghosted its concerning. There are DEFINITELY some integrity & honesty issues with this company and INCREDIBLY shady tactics used. I will update with more details when I can but I'm still awaiting Becky's reply and trying to give her an opportunity to correct her mistake with our lease. 🙄 UPDATE; immediately after posting a review Becky responded through an assistant that the incorrect information on our Rental home which was listed on Zillow was falsely advertised by Zillow and I should take that up with them, I was then provided a price for early lease termination if I was unhappy with the home. When I contacted Zillow fraud department they stated that was NOT correct. UPDATE 11/12/25 Do NOT rent from these people... The positive reviews they keep posting are not authentic reviews do not believe them!
