  Terrible. Allow residents to collect trash and make the neighborhood look getto. Office is always closed. And treat to evict you after 5 days due (even with an established payment plan).

  Great place to spend your hard own money on a property you will never own and for a lot you have to rent and also never own. Definitely move here if you want to spend your money, be broke and not own anything in 20 years. Please look elsewhere. I have had friends live here and they regret purchasing here. If you rent well that's another story. Might get a great deal if you rent.

  The Meadows is a wonderful community and a great place to raise children. Located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens and close to everything (mall, grocery stores, salons, restaurants, etc), this development has lots of great amenities including a pool, clubhouse, gym, laundry facilities, a game room for the kids and lots more. I would also like to add how terrific the staff is. The grounds are nicely maintained, they respond quickly to maintenance calls and they are extremely friendly and helpful. They truly care about the community and the people and they treat you like family! Yolanda and Omari are very professional and caring and are always quick to respond to any concern or issue you may have. We love it here! :)
