Stephanie understood what I was looking for and helped me pick the perfect lot. It was an incredible and FAST experience. From construction manager (Amy) and warranty person (Timothy)- they take great care and pride in all that they do. The designer helped me pick the perfect finishes. The construction manager communicates the stages of the build with emails and pictures which was very helpful. You can FEEL the QUALITY in this beautiful home and the development itself is simply gorgeous. Avenir is going to be the next Alton or Abacoa.

House was built within the stated time frame. Great communication from sales to construction manager. Great quality build! I personally love the location of Avondale in Avenir which is going to be next to the Coconut Blvd extension to the Bee line Hwy which will make it a much easier commute to the beaches, Mall and Jupiter. Avondale offers many lots located on lakes with beautiful views. We are looking forward to being residents of our new community!

Review for Divosta Homes: Tremendous Disappointment
My kids purchased a home from at Avondale at Avenir by DiVosta Divosta. The quality of construction is shockingly poor for an overpriced home in the $850K–$900K range. This company is charging a premium for subpar workmanship, and it’s unacceptable.
Here are just a few of the many issues I’ve encountered:
1. Poor Construction Quality: The walls are not insulated, leaving the home inefficient and uncomfortable.
2. Defective Cabinets: The upgraded kitchen cabinets were installed with glaring defects, including inadequate shelving in corner cabinets, gaps between cabinets, and broken connections.
3. Faulty Appliances: A supposedly new washing machine was delivered with mildew, and the microwave door doesn’t even open properly.
4. Structural Problems: Doors do not close properly, and there’s a noticeable gap underneath the main entrance door.
5. Incomplete Backyard Fencing: The backyard fencing includes only the back side, forcing homeowners to spend thousands of dollars to finish fencing the sides.
For a small home at this price point, these issues are completely unacceptable. This company is taking advantage of its customers by delivering homes with poor craftsmanship and incomplete features. Divosta should not be allowed to operate like this—it’s a disgrace to the industry.
I strongly advise anyone considering a home from Divosta to look elsewhere. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and additional expenses.i wish I can post the Videos and pictures of all that is wrong.
